Press On Purchases

If you are unhappy with your purchase, Nails By T offers a 7 day return policy from your delivered date. Press ons and press on kits must be unused and in their original condition. Simply contact us via email at nailsssbyttt@gmail.com or IG @nailsssbyttt with your reason of return.​

Items that are accepted for return can be exchanged for another item or a credit issued by gift card.

Custom press ons are not to be returned.

Sale items are not to be returned.

Service Deposits

Deposits for services are non-refundable. These deposits are used to confirm your booking.

​

If for any reason, you need to cancel or reschedule, your deposit can be used for a new appointment if given 48 or more hours notice. Any later, your deposit will be forfeited and a new one will be required for a future booking.

Should your appointment be cancelled by us, a refund may be offered.
